The ground floor is reserved for parking and bms and entrance halls. The circulation and services were paramount factors in determining this plan.

The buildings overlook an open podium with fountains and Landscaping, giving the complex a little breathing room, and a visual connection to the large garden at the back. The buildings are aluminium and glass cladding, with metal louvers in front of the toilet and A.C. ducts.

The front is stepped up and landscaped, with cutouts for ventilating the podium. The floor plan inside is a clean rectangle of 35,000 sq.ft, with all services on the two sides, giving unrestricted views from the front and back.

Here also the first and second floor are setback, giving the lower floors a visual identity, connected to the landscaped podium.
