One of India’s tallest buildings, Belvedere Court is a bow-shaped International Style skyscraper, comprising of 3 and a4 bedroom duplex apartments.

Overlooking a panaromic view of the coastline, the building has services on the back side (biege) and rooms on the front side (white).

The duplex flats are every sixth floor, abutting a fire-fighting balcony, which is required to be kept there as per regulations.
